Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with healthcare regulatory experience to join their Managed Care team. This specialized team represents leading managed care companies across the United States, handling a variety of complex matters such as regulatory and compliance issues for commercial health plans, Medicare Advantage organizations, and Medicaid managed care organizations, as well as false claims act cases and governmental investigations. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance, specifically representing health insurers and various healthcare entities.
