MASS TORTS ATTORNEY (1222)

Description

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Counsel track attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group based in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is part of a growing team of regulatory attorneys and scientists primarily focused on supporting clients regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The position offers opportunities for learning new areas of law and requires flexibility to support dynamic client needs. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, exceptional communication skills, federal regulatory submissions and compliance experience, familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act and notice and comment rulemaking, and a strong scientific and technical background. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with attorneys, scientists, paralegals, and staff. This position is not eligible for fully remote work. Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina, willing to take the next available North Carolina bar exam, or be eligible to seek admission without examination.
