Our client, a distinguished law firm, is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join their Mass Torts Practice Group based in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials from both law school and undergraduate studies, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in tort, personal injury, and complex litigation matters. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, have a robust scientific or medical background, and experience in working with expert witnesses. The role requires the ability to conduct thorough research and apply various legal and scientific resources to provide top-notch advocacy and counsel. Collaboration with a team of attorneys, medical personnel, scientists, and legal staff is essential. This position offers a hybrid work configuration but is not eligible for fully remote work. Applicants must be licensed in North Carolina, prepared to take the next available bar exam, or eligible for admission without examination, and willing to travel as needed for professional commitments.
