Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized media practice, focusing on content liability and free speech cases, particularly in digital and emerging media technologies. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of litigation experience, preferably in copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and/or defamation. Former law clerks are strongly encouraged to apply. A J.D. and active membership in the New York bar are required, along with excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and writing skills.
