Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Medical Devices & Mechanical Engineering Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open across all their offices, with a preference for candidates based in Houston, Dallas, Denver, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of academic achievement, solid experience in a law firm, engineering, or industry, and superb writing and communication skills. Candidates with 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering are preferred. Other engineering disciplines coupled with substantial patent experience with medical devices and/or mechanical products are also acceptable. A JD and admission to the USPTO are required.
