Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney for their Houston office. This role offers the opportunity to develop deposition, hearing, and trial experience by working with seasoned litigation attorneys on cases involving local, regional, and national healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in TX, and have 3+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in Medical Malpractice is preferred. The role involves independently managing a caseload involving medical malpractice claims, working closely with other attorneys and team members on legal projects, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients to provide status reports.
