Our client is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions associate to join their Finance & Transactions team in New York. This role offers the chance to work within a cohesive and collaborative team, engaging in a diverse multidisciplinary practice. The position involves close collaboration with shareholders and participation in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of transactional/M&A experience, particularly in private company M&A, private equity, and venture capital work, with a focus on private equity/sponsor clients. Candidates should possess a J.D. degree, strong academic credentials, and be admitted or in the process of becoming admitted to practice in New York.
