Description
Our client is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, Senior Attorney, or Of Counsel with a minimum of five years of experience to join their team in Delaware, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, or New York. The role involves supporting the Delaware office and engaging in a diverse range of corporate and alternative entity transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, financing, complex lending transactions, cross-border transactions, and private equity investments. Responsibilities also include general corporate and alternative entity matters, contract review, corporate governance, and legal opinion rendering. Ideal candidates will possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, substantial mergers and acquisitions experience, and experience in a large law firm's business/corporate group. Delaware bar admission or eligibility, strong project management, organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential.
