Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join their team in Delaware, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, or New York. The role involves supporting the Delaware office and engaging in a diverse range of corporate and alternative entity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and private equity investments. The successful candidate will handle general corporate matters, contract reviews, corporate governance, and legal opinions. Applicants should possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, substantial M&A experience, and have worked in a large law firm's business/corporate group. Delaware bar admission or eligibility is required, along with strong project management, organizational, communication, and writing skills.
