The role involves representing buyers, sellers, and advisers in complex global mergers and acquisitions, providing creative legal solutions and commercial insights. The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, experience at an AMLaw 50 firm, and hands-on drafting and negotiating skills for complex transactions. Responsibilities include producing acquisition, equity, and related documents, and managing key aspects of transactions from due diligence to closing.
