Our client is seeking experienced mid-level associates to join their Mergers & Acquisitions team within the Strategic Transactions Group in New York. The role involves supporting clients in legal aspects of M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, and providing legal advice. Associates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Candidates should have 4-6 years of legal experience at a large AmLaw 100 law firm, with expertise in representing public and private companies in various transactions. A strong understanding of industry trends and market terms, along with exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail, is essential.
