The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent client management skills, superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and previous experience in a large law firm. Candidates should have two to six years of experience, including significant involvement in all aspects of M&A transactions such as private and public company buy- and sell-side transactions, document drafting, and due diligence.
