Our client is seeking a talented junior-level associate for their Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the Bay Area, focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the California Bar, and possess excellent credentials. Experience in leading diligence and drafting ancillary agreements, along with familiarity with all transaction aspects, is essential.
