Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level real estate associate for their office located in Tallahassee. The successful candidate will work on matters involving the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups. The role requires a minimum of four years of complex commercial real estate experience, preferably on behalf of developers involving mezzanine, new market tax credit, and/or conduit bond financing. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be willing to take on significant responsibilities, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
