Our client, a top-tier law firm recognized on the Am Law Global 100, is seeking a mid-level M&A Associate to join their Corporate Practice based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in general corporate practice with a focus on private equity, capital markets, securities, and/or mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication and drafting skills, and the ability to take on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, and managing junior associates and internal specialist teams are required.
