Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to provide strategic legal guidance within the Hospitality, Branded Residences, Tourism, and Leisure sectors, including Private Clubs and Planned Communities. This role involves advising on governance documents, overseeing residential and resort community development, and integrating Western legal practices into foreign jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, and residential law, with a strong ability to negotiate, structure, and amend agreements. The position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
