Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Technology & Outsourcing Practice Group, which focuses on business matters driven by technology. The role involves managing large-scale outsourcing arrangements, including business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology outsourcing (ITO), as well as handling licensing and technology procurements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions, particularly in intellectual property (IP) licensing. This position is available in multiple locations, including New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Richmond, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Charlotte.
