Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Technology & Outsourcing Practice Group, which specializes in business matters driven by technology. The team expertly manages large-scale outsourcing arrangements, including business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology outsourcing (ITO), as well as other licensing and technology procurements. The role involves supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle, from RFPs to contract finalization and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions, particularly in intellectual property (IP) licensing. This position is available in multiple locations, including New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Richmond, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Charlotte.
