Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to manage banking and finance projects, conduct due diligence for complex transactions, and represent the company at client conferences and seminars. The ideal candidate must possess a JD or a foreign law degree with an LLM, and have at least 5 years of experience in finance transactions and complex commercial financing deals. This experience should include representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or lenders in debt finance transactions, such as acquisition financings, ABLs, term loan facilities, senior and mezz, dividend and other recapitalizations and refinancings. The candidate should also have experience in leading and advising in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and executing financing transactions. Please note that these experiences may be gained concurrently. Admission to the NY Bar is a requirement.
