Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join their team in either Cottonwood Heights or Salt Lake City. The successful candidate will act as a business advisor, guiding clients through a wide range of legal matters throughout their business life cycle. This role involves handling complex transactions for diverse clients, offering opportunities for direct client interaction, business development, and significant responsibility in sophisticated legal matters. Key responsibilities include strategic counseling on mergers and acquisitions, structuring and negotiating corporate acquisitions, assisting companies with corporate and finance matters, and managing transaction processes. Experience in drafting transaction agreements, negotiating deal terms, and overseeing junior team members is essential. A minimal portable book of business is preferred but not required.
