Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time Patent Agent Associate to join their Intellectual Property and Technology group based in New York. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The firm's Patent Prosecution Group is renowned for devising IP protection strategies and managing domestic and international patent portfolios for companies of all sizes. The team is composed of approximately 100 registered patent attorneys with diverse technical backgrounds and advanced degrees, proficient in every area of science. The role involves guiding clients through the patent application process, from prior art searches to patent issuance, and participating in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The ideal candidate should be hard-working, personable, and dedicated to providing top-notch legal services. This position can be based in various office locations.
