Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus, is seeking a registered Patent Agent with a Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field involving AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI models, neural networks, deep learning, and AI/ML theory. Duties include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, collaborating with inventors to understand new AI technologies, conducting and analyzing the results of prior art searches, and maintaining knowledge of the latest AI technology and patent laws. The candidate should be registered to practice with the USPTO. Domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields is preferred.
