Description
Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Patent Agent with a superior academic record and excellent writing skills. The role requires USPTO registration and involves all aspects of patent practice, including preparing and prosecuting applications, conducting research, leading inventor meetings, and developing patent strategies. Responsibilities also extend to personal interviews before USPTO examiners and appearances before the Board of Appeals. A Ph.D. is preferred, and technical industry work experience is strongly favored. Candidates must possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.
