Description
Our client is seeking a qualified individual to support their IP Practice in the strategic development, procurement, and counseling of patent portfolios. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A degree or advanced degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, though candidates with degrees in electrical engineering or relevant experience will also be considered. Strong experience in drafting complex mechanical patent applications is advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and be comfortable working directly with clients.
