Our client is seeking Patent Agents to manage valuable patent assets and assess patent risk within their Intellectual Property practice. The role involves working under the supervision of partners to perform patent-related activities, including patent prosecution, freedom to operate analysis, and due diligence. Key responsibilities include drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, supporting due diligence and landscape analysis, and assisting with patent litigation. Candidates must demonstrate advanced writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members globally.
