Description
Our client is seeking an EE Patent Agent or Technical Writer with expertise in wireless communication technologies and/or semiconductor processing or circuits to join their Intellectual Property practice group in San Diego. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in wireless communications, familiarity with 4G/5G standards, and fluency in Mandarin. Technical writers should possess an advanced degree in EE and significant experience in drafting technical documents related to wireless communication systems or standards. The role requires strong academic credentials, the ability to communicate effectively with clients and inventors, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates must provide at least 3 writing samples of published applications or technical documents on wireless communications.
