PATENT AGENT (1883)

Description

Our client is seeking an EE Patent Agent or Technical Writer with expertise in wireless communication technologies and/or semiconductor processing or circuits to join their Intellectual Property practice group in San Diego. Ideal candidates for the Patent Agent role should have at least one year of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in wireless communications and familiarity with 4G/5G standards. Technical Writer candidates should possess an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and significant experience in drafting technical documents related to wireless communication systems and standards. Fluency in Mandarin and industry experience in wireless communications are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, effective communication skills with clients and inventors, and the ability to thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment. Applicants should be prepared to submit at least three writing samples of published applications or technical documents on wireless communications.
