Description
Our client’s Patent Prosecution and Counseling group is seeking a patent agent with an aerospace engineering background and experience with engine technology to join their team in Washington, D.C. or New York. The ideal candidate is a registered patent agent with experience at the U.S. PTO or in a law firm setting, holding undergraduate and/or graduate degrees in aerospace or mechanical engineering. A strong preference is given to those with previous patent examiner experience, and industry experience is a plus. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and sharp analytical ability. Submissions should include a brief cover letter indicating the office of interest, and undergraduate and graduate school transcripts as applicable.
