Our client is seeking an experienced Patent Prosecution Agent for their offices in Boston, MA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Palo Alto, CA; San Diego, CA; and San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-20 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, IP strategy, and portfolio management. A strong Ph.D.-level background in chemistry, life sciences, or medicine, along with outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials, is essential.
