Description
Our client is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their patent prosecution practice. The role involves drafting and prosecuting applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and supporting due diligence. Candidates should hold a Master's Degree or Ph.D. in molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, or a related field, and must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Eligibility for the Patent Bar and appropriate state law licensure are required. Strong time management, attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills are essential. This non-partner track position is available in New York, Houston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C.
