Description
Our client is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their patent prosecution practice. The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and supporting due diligence efforts. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Eligibility for the Patent Bar and appropriate state law licensure are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This non-partner track position is available in New York, Houston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C.
