Description
Our client is seeking a smart, imaginative, and hard-working Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property practice in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or Physics and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in patent prosecution within the Oil and Gas industry. Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO, analyzing scientific documents, preparing detailed patent drafts, managing patent prosecution dockets, and staying updated on intellectual property legal developments.
