Description

Our client’s Patent Prosecution and Counseling Group is seeking a patent agent with a minimum of three years of experience in life sciences patent prosecution to join their practice in Washington, D.C. or New York. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in immunology or a related biochemical discipline (an M.S. with relevant industry experience may be considered) and must demonstrate expertise in biochemistry, including proficiency with antibody technology, cell therapies, vaccines, and other biologics-based therapeutics. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and analytical ability are required. Registration with the USPTO is strongly preferred, though technical specialists with appropriate drafting and legal experience who are eligible to sit for the patent bar may also be considered.
