Description
Our client is seeking a patent agent with a minimum of three years of experience and a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science to join their Patent Prosecution and Counseling group in either Washington, D.C. or New York. The ideal candidate will be a registered patent agent with experience in patent application drafting, particularly in software and AI, and USPTO examiner experience is highly desirable. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and analytical abilities are essential.
