The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly in pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products, and ag-bio. A Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, biology, or a related field is required, along with registration before the USPTO. The role involves assisting attorneys with patent counseling, portfolio analysis, patent opinion work, post-grant proceedings, and litigation support. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized life sciences group known for handling high-profile Hatch-Waxman matters for leading pharmaceutical companies.
