Description
Our client is seeking a Patent Agent or experienced Technical Advisor to join their esteemed Life Sciences Patent Counseling and Prosecution Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent prosecution, particularly in representing pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. Key responsibilities include drafting patent applications, managing domestic and international portfolios, preparing responses to Office Actions, and conducting due diligence and freedom to operate analyses. Candidates should possess over 5 years of professional experience, an advanced degree in Organic Chemistry (PhD preferred), and be a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior experience in a law firm and as a scientist is highly desirable. This full-time position is based in Philadelphia, with a flexible hybrid work environment.
