Our client is seeking Patent Agents to manage valuable patent assets and assess patent risk within their Intellectual Property practice. The role involves working under the supervision of partners to perform patent-related activities, including patent prosecution, freedom to operate analysis, and due diligence. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients on innovative technologies to secure patent protection, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and supporting due diligence and landscape analysis. The position requires drafting responses to patent application rejections from the United States Patent and Trademark Office and other global Patent Offices, focusing on patent filings, and supporting patent litigation. Candidates must demonstrate professional interaction skills, the ability to work within a global team, attention to detail, and advanced writing skills for effective communication.
