Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a patent agent with a minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. This role involves collaborating with inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate invention technology, assess patentability, draft patent applications, and respond to USPTO actions. Candidates should hold an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), be registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register, and have excellent academic credentials with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience in client liaison to develop and manage portfolios is preferred.
