Our client is seeking a Patent Agent to enhance their Intellectual Property practice across multiple office locations, including Atlanta, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, specifically in electrical, computer, software, and mechanical technologies. Applicants must be registered with the USPTO and hold an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related field. A strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and a solid work ethic are essential.
