Description
Our client, a leading patent law firm, is seeking a patent agent or junior associate with a background in aerospace engineering, particularly with engine technology expertise, to join their Patent Prosecution and Counseling group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will be a registered patent agent with either examining experience at the U.S. PTO or patent drafting experience in a law firm setting. Candidates should possess deep technical knowledge in aerospace or mechanical engineering, with a strong preference for those who have previously worked as a patent examiner. Industry experience is a plus, and associates should have at least two years of legal practice experience. Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and sharp analytical abilities.
