Our client is seeking an Associate/Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property team in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a dynamic and growing practice within a prominent AmLaw100 firm. The Boston office, located in the Financial District, provides services in various areas including intellectual property, litigation, and corporate services. The team comprises scientists, engineers, and mathematicians with advanced degrees in technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of biotechnology patent prosecution experience and a PhD in molecular cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, or a related field. Strong academic performance and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Admission to the state Bar of a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office is required.
