Description
Our client is seeking a patent agent with over 5 years of experience in patent prosecution to support activities in prosecution, IP diligence, IP-transfer commercial transactions, and strategic IP business counseling. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a biological science, with a PhD preferred, particularly in fields such as molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or genetics. Strong academic credentials and excellent references are desired, along with admission to the patent bar. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued.
