Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Patent Agent to join their dynamic Intellectual Property practice. This role involves comprehensive patent preparation and prosecution across multiple office locations. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or materials science, and have at least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to chemical compounds, chemical processes, engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspensions, control systems, consumer products, and medical devices. A current registered patent agent status is required. The role demands a collaborative and client-focused approach, with strong writing skills and professional recommendations.
