Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Patent Agent to join their team, bringing diverse backgrounds and innovative ideas to support impactful work. The role involves supporting lawyers with patent prosecution tasks such as analyzing invention disclosures, conducting patent searches, drafting applications, and preparing office action responses. The Patent Agent will manage patent portfolios and work closely with lawyers on patent litigation, due diligence, and other legal activities. Key responsibilities include managing patent portfolios, drafting and prosecuting applications before the USPTO, direct client communication, analyzing technical documents, and staying updated on intellectual property developments.
