Description
Our client is seeking a professional to support their IP Practice in the strategic development, procurement, and counseling of patent portfolios. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting patent applications in computer arts, including software, AI/ML, web applications, telecommunications, and integrated circuits. Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and preferably hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science, though those with mechanical engineering degrees or relevant experience will also be considered. Strong experience in drafting complex software patent applications is highly desirable. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and be comfortable working directly with clients.
