The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience and hold an advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. The role involves patent prosecution, portfolio management, counseling, patent opinion work, and litigation support, particularly in pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products, and ag-bio sectors. Registration with the USPTO is mandatory. This position offers the chance to work with a nationally recognized ANDA group, focusing on high-profile Hatch-Waxman litigation for leading pharmaceutical companies.
