Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience to join their life science patent counseling, prosecution, and litigation practice. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate or graduate degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or bioelectrical engineering. USPTO registration is a must. Key responsibilities include conducting prior art database searches, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, patent prosecution counseling, due diligence support, and litigation support. The candidate should possess excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills in English, show initiative, be a fast learner, and work well with others.
