Description
Our client is seeking patent attorneys to join their Intellectual Property group. Candidates must be registered to practice before the United States Patent Office and ideally possess a degree or experience in semiconductors or software, including AI and machine learning. Applicants should have one to four years of experience in interviewing inventors, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications, particularly in overcoming rejections under 35 U.S.C. §101. The role requires self-starters who can work independently within a team, multitask effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills. Law firm experience is strongly preferred, and the position offers significant responsibility and direct client interaction.
