Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a non-partnership track Patent Development and Strategy Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution. The role can be based in various locations including Boston, Philadelphia, DC, Reston, San Diego, Palo Alto, or Seattle. The successful candidate must be familiar with patent prosecution, client counseling, drafting patent applications, freedom to operate opinions, and due diligence. Candidates with a chemical engineering or chemistry degree, strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools, prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm, and admission to the USPTO are preferred.
