PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0568)
Description
Our client is seeking IP Litigation Associates with 4-6 years of patent litigation experience. Candidates should possess a BS or higher in chemistry, biology, or other life sciences, with Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation experience preferred. The successful candidate will be an integral part of patent litigation teams, advising companies at all stages of development and representing a diverse client base at trials. Involvement in all phases of client relationships, from understanding their technology to strategic counseling, is expected. The role requires superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, research, and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates willing to work in SF or Palo Alto, but exceptional candidates for LA, Seattle, San Diego, NY, Delaware, and D.C offices will also be considered.
